Wash by hand or on a very gentle cold cycle, using gentle laundry products. Please remember that heat makes natural fabrics shrink a little and they will get much softer after washing.
They measure approximately 22" and fit men and women with no complaints. You can also get it wet and wear to stretch to your size.
